Saint Patrick is one of my favorite powerful Saints to connect with in my healing work and invite his amazingly loving, empowering frequescies, vibration and energies to join us in the sessions. Message from the Angels
Hello Beloved beautiful Soul,
This afternoon I came across this message I channeled on 9/11/11 as I was looking for something else in my emails and feel compelled to share it here as it feels a timeless piece. Enjoy and may you receive inspiration of possibility, hope, love, joy and unity that you need from it. The first part is my experience leading up to the message.
“As I awoke in the morning the day greeted me with the same crisp, most beautiful day of the season with clear blue skies, not a cloud or chem trail to be seen. The perfect day just like in 2001. It was a Tuesday just like then. What surprised me was the eerie silence from 8:30 am till noon, with not a plane in the sky or sound of planes that normally sound above my house daily as if all flights had been halted again.
As I do not watch TV or news I was not aware of other observations around the nation visually although I knew many were taking place. At some point I felt the need to go into the backyard and meditate on mother Earth’s soft ground. Being an empath brings many gifts such as you can feel what others are feeling all around the world and huge waves of pain, grief, sadness, remorse flooded through me. Thank God for IET as I realized as I often do, I was clearing energy not just for me but for others around the word and I began doing the Intermediate session on my self as I heartlinked to any who needed the healing allowing myself to be the vessel for the Divine to work through.
It reminded me so of 2001 when seeing the images that day, I felt the fear and pains of all in the buildings and planes. During the next couple of hours images of many of the millions of people around the world, who have suffered and are still suffering or has died since that day, came before me in my inner vision. The pain, loss, grief, frustration of the all the people who have been affected from the decade of wars appeared; children, soldiers, women, men, mothers, fathers, spouses. How far it reaches beyond the 3000 souls on that day and how could we have allowed it to go this far. Eventually the energy cleared and I felt a deep calm and inner peace flood through me and here is the message from the angels:
“As long as citizens of the Land of the Free choose to follow leaders who choose violent reactions to assert power; suffering, death, powerlessness, fear and imprisonment will continue. United States is intended to stand as a beacon of light, offering new choices to live the New Earth in harmony with all living beings as it was intended to be, by the people for the people as a United gathering of Divine light to gift birth of a different consciousness to the whole planet just as the beloved forefathers dreamed. The pain and suffering the last 11 years, since the event that changed the lives of all, whether personally or at a distance.
Know that the number 11 is of significance every year. 11 is two 1’s. It is the 1 and the 1. One mirror of the other. A reflection of self as you might say, just like the Twin Towers were one building reflecting itself in the other and as you have created the Reflection Pool in its memory, perhaps invite yourself to become aware of what are you seeing reflected back to you, for what one sees is but a reflection of one’s inner self.
The opportunity to call forth the authentic free soul and spirit being or the fearful one that lashes out violently is what was offered humanity. We know this day what choice leaders and the collective consciousness made the last 11 years.
Are you ready to offer a new choice of freedom, space, unity, united in the power of love, peace, joy, upliftment, non-violent conflict resolution or continue united in fear, separateness, love of power, control?
How many millions of lives do you wish to take while withholding truth, love of brotherhood, unity consciousness of peace? How many more tears must be shed?
How much more fear based consciousness, rules and restrictions, limitations do you choose to buy into?
What if it was all an illusion to begin with and the world has lived a lie for 11 years?
What f it was time to wake up and live a fear free consciousness from the heart authentically aligned with your own divine inner authority instead of submitting to an outer authority? The choice beloved ones lies in the hands of each citizen in this country, not the elected ones.
It is interesting how the name United States has another meaning you may not have aligned with before? It is just not intended to be representing a physical body of land as many see it united under one “umbrella” , however, also is reflective as the united states of consciousness of the divine beings who choose to live on her land.
The change of consciousness comes from each individual and as united states of being choose the path of love and freedom, the elected officials will reflect the thinking, beliefs and choices of the people. The power when two or more are gathered united in states of being whether in fear or love is great.
The 11 this year is again a 1 reflecting the other 1. This is the 11th year after that day. You are offered a new beginning as what you think is reflected back to you very quickly. The 1 and the 1 are not separate entities, but the one and the same.
Can you see and feel the truth of oneness or do you align with the illusion of separation?
Do you see you are all one united state of being ?
Are you willing and ready to step out of the old paradigm and into a new one?
You hold the choice in your hearts and hands every moment of every day.
What if the security was not needed?
What if there were no terrorist?
What if is was all an illusion to keep fear based consciousness alive?
More importantly, let not let all who have suffered as citizens of the world, soldiers, any who have lost lives, body’s, mind and spirit be for naught.
We pray that all this day embrace the choice for living peace, non-violent conflict resolution, love, joy as united states of individuals united in their hearts of choosing a different path filled with new possibilities of love and peace in every home, city, state and country.
Invite one another to live true freedom, non-interference, respect, honor and wisdom in the United States of the Americas, united in states of love, peace and possibility.
You are what you see reflected in the world and you are responsible for what you experience in the world. What do you wish to experience?
The choice is yours and you all have the power to create the Free state of Being in the United States as it was intended to and reflecting it out into the world as so the world can align.

I Have a Dream…
Hello beautiful beloved one
I have a dream…. what is yours? We all have dreams and how many actually live them? Perhaps there are several different areas in which we dream. Personal, Family, Life Purpose and Planetary.
On a Planetary and Universal level one might dream of all Earth’s brother and sisters living in non- interference with one another, peace and harmony with our beloved Gaia. Much like the songs from Abba ( I have a Dream) , Michael Jackson ( Heal the World) and John Lennon ( Imagine).
On a personal level perhaps it is living with inner and outer harmony, full vibrant physical health, fully aligned with our Divine Presence and nature of joy, love and laughter in the present moment. Perhaps it is resolving a lifelong challenge we all get presented with individually and heal the past so we can be fully present here in this moment. Perhaps it is living in steadfast harmony with a personal philosophy and complete commitment to our personal inner relationship with the Divine first and formost so we can authentically and truly open our hearts to love our soul sisters and brothers as ourselves. Perhaps it is learning how to truly open our hearts to receive and give love unconditionally.
When we think of the dream for our family, perhaps it encompasses all knowing how loves they all are and that they are perfect as they are. Perhaps it is seeing the family unit as a team and how they can be each others cheer leaders in all the action and beings they are. Some families have come together as a tight knit unit that spend a lot of time together. Some families have come together to support the individuality of each soul in soaring through life as they leave the nest to explore distant seas.
Sometimes I see parents have attempting to live the dreams they were not able to through their children and here one has to be conscious and careful. Just as we are different from our parents and have different purposes so does our children often have different passions from us. Sometimes they are similar. Remember family can include biological, spiritual, integrated, adopted.
Life purpose…… Each one of us has a profound important life purpose and mission to fulfill. Our life purpose is something that brings us great joy, is fun,is our passion, uplifts us, inspires us, opens out heart, juices us up. When we are involved with it we get immersed and time seems to stand still. We would do it for hours for free and yet it is what will bring us the greatest fulfillment and abundance. “Do the thing you love and the money will follow”. You have heard that saying and it is true. A life purpose is also something that you will most likely be doing till the day you leave this planet as one does not think of retiring for how can one retire from something that is not work ,but only play that you get handsomely rewarded for.
Our life purpose is something that will involve 3 criteria.
It is good for us and will be a blessing to ourselves.
It is a blessing and benefit for others.
It will bless and benefit our planet.
I feel as a world soul group we all have one common life purpose, which is to awaken from the unconscious sleep we have enjoyed a very long time. To remember we are all ONE and release the habit pattern of insanity of separation consciousness that causes us to be extremely unkind to one another. To heal the wound of self doubt and powerlessness and reclaim our truth and authenticity through the empowered heart of love and trust.
Ask yourself a few questions:
What is your dream for your self, your family, the world?
Have I been living my dream or someone else dream?
What’s on your bucket list? How many have you crossed off?
If you had one month left how would you spend it?
If this was your last day and you did a life review what would you regret, what would like to be able so say and feel about your choices and life?
How did I contribute to the world and making the world a better place?

Judgement to Joy
Judgement to Joy
As we have in the USA just inaugurated a new President it seems the energy of judgement, anger, rage and victim consciousness is rising on a collective level and I so I feel once again sharing on this topic is imperative to bring awareness and remembrance. The more we are pulled into a judgement energy the more we are disconnected from our truth and peace filled Divinity and it will not support us in co-creating the peaceful glorious new consciousness world we are gifted the opportunity to experience.

Ahhh Judgement,,,, beloved judgement…..Judgement is the most destructive and painful mental thought process and activity we can choose to participate in that has become another addiction in our society today. It is fear with an attitude. Through judgment we find fault with others and most often ourselves and constantly projects our incorrect perception outward as we blame others for our own misery, lack and victimization in our lives.

Every time we judge we create shame and guilt as it triangles and is totally run by ego. Judgement, guilt and shame keeps us in fear based illusion that creates a sense of separation from God and other beings, feelings of lack, victim consciousness, dominion, power over, disempowered. Through judgement we build a finite tiny mental prison we end up living in.
Judgement creates the ultimate belief in separation that I am different than my brother and sister and God. I am right and you are wrong. I am good and you are bad. This is good and that is bad. It causes us and society to live in a constant state of comparison and serves the ego in stepping into more power and it loves it. Judgement is away ego through it’s perception of lack and insecurity can feel more empowered, sort of I told you so.

We learn judgement early on by being judged by all the adults and authority figures based on their fears they project onto us and then we become expert judges by default and condemning ourselves and others perpetuating the habit and if are unconscious, we pass it on to others and our children. Most of us judge ourselves in comparison to others so we are literally putting ourselves down constantly sort of nailing ourselves to our own crosses.
Judgment is very subjective, disempowering, disallowing and totally connected to living through past experiences and unconsciously bringing them into the now. It is especially interesting how lost we have gotten as a society in making a business out of proving innocence and guilt as it is filled with fault finding and seeing others as enemies or different than you.
Every time we find fault with anything or anyone we totally disconnect form the energy of love which is the very energy of our existence and it lovers our vibration dramatically. So you can say we are starving ourselves of oxygen and pinching off life source energy whenever we judge. Judgement is the energy that creates most illnesses in our bodies as we hold old to this energy for years. It is a way we have created energy cords connected to past people, events, belief systems and thought forms. For most is has become such a habit most are not even aware that are judging to the degree we do.
“If you are to awaken you will have to come into balance with the world of duality, which means you will have to transcend judgment in your life.” Leonard Jacobson
So how do we transcend judgement and awaken to the joy of our true beingness? Well, I have found there are several steps to the process, however, they are simple.
First Step is to become aware that we are judging. Without awareness we cannot change a behavior. Once we are aware we become empowered in a sense. It is like opening the curtain to let the sunlight in.
Second Step is to become aware of “who” is doing the judging. As you do it will become crystal clear what part of you in on duty. Is the ego serving your soul or has it taken over. Whose beliefs have you adapted? If you are judging others become aware of how it is a projection of self-judgements onto others.
Am I judging because others are judging and embraced the collective belief or is it mine?
Ask yourself: “What am I judging within me, I have not been able to forgive myself for yet?” Your spiritual mastery is to move from fear into love constantly and from judgement to joy.
Third Step is choosing to do something different to interrupt the pattern of judging. One simple way is to offer Gratitude and say “Thank you!” Wow …I just judged again. How amazing is that? Make a game out of it. Gratitude is a most potent healer and empowers us and returns us to the truth that we are enough and we are full. It is the easiest way to lift out of any pattern. When we can be grateful and thankful for all things and people in our lives we lift into abundance, peace, love and JOY
Forth Step is offering forgiveness to yourself and others as it releases the multiple cords, ties to all people, places and situations of the past. Is calls our energy to be present in this moment.

When we know that Judgement disconnects and Joy connects it is easy to make a choice for pure joy. Spiritual Joy is a state of Being that is beyond emotions. It is our natural state of Being, where we are fully connected to God, Source, our own Divine nature that knows all is well, beautiful and perfect just as it is. Nothing external can rock the boat no matter how turbulent the stormy sea you are sailing in is.
It is surrender to the present moment, feeling fully connected to All-ness that is in the Oneness, which is constantly expanding. This deep inner peace lives in total acceptance of all that is. In this high vibration of true joy, we are fully connected, hooked up, to divine source and we know we are eternal and never seperate from the Divine Self and nothing can ever hurt us for we are not identified with the body but our true essence.
Through JOY we are fully present with what is in the moment and able to see life from a higher prospective and know the amazing beautiful “play” this life is. We know there is a purpose for everything. Joy is the internal wellspring of Source and truth, like swimming in infinite ocean of unconditional love for all parts of our human Self and all Brothers and Sisters. The key to live an awakened life in complete freedom is to choose JOY as it is our magical key. As Mother Theresa said: “Joy is strength.” for you are impervious to the illusion of fear.
I invite you to lift into true Joy this week. Become aware of when you judge, perhaps place your hand on heart offer: “Thank you!”

Hello Beloved soul
Today many across the world celebrate Saint Lucia day. I have all my life felt very connected to her. She was and still is bringer of light to where there is darkness pain and sorrow in the world with great love and compassion for her fell brothers and sisters around 300 AD. We often awake baking St. Lucia saffron rolls that are divine, sing songs and enjoy lots of candles lighting the dark winter night.

Hello beloved beautiful soul,
“I – want – peace”. ‘I’ is ego, ‘want’ is desire. Remove ego and desire,

Peace is the desired gift most of humanity is craving for and yet has been eluded many over eons of time. The long inner conflict between ego and soul. We all want peace. Are we each willing to be the one to live it in action from soul more than catering to the need of ego that needs to win and be right? It is quite the opposite of what is often happening in the world where competition, comparison, egoic self-preservation, greed, power and control. It is the question we are invited to aster each individually and make a choice on every moment of the day.
Being Peace is an deep inner journey back home to the truth of the essence of who we are. It means choosing the path less traveled that is different from the group consciousness. However, as more and more of us choose living the path of peace it will become the new norm and humanity and society will be transformed as if in a twinkling of an eye.

Peace is always there. Peace is always there. Peace is always there. When the fear you have created has been dissolved, deleted, released, let go of, then you will return to feeling, knowing, embracing the peace that is you. When the fear consciousness cloud cover has been lifted from your cell memory, the essence of peace you are in every cell will illuminate your body, heart and energy field in union with Source. The peace that Source is, you are!
The choice through free will to experience separation, doubt, fear was yours, however, through a long enough journey that created a habitual pattern, like a record stuck in a groove, perhaps the time has come for the individual and the collective to make another free will choice of deleting those programs and illusions of beautiful stories of dramas and chaos, to feel with your heart, the truth of your being in oneness with your Divine Nature. Your Divine essences within The Essence which is ever expanding into higher light, peace, love and infinite joy.

In this moment I choose the peace I AM and command the light of love and peace to fill me and envelop me no matter what. As I AM peace our family is peace, the community is peace, the country is peace and the world is peace.
Invite the fountain of peace from the Source within your heart to fill every cell, atom, electron, parts and particle. It is a choice to choose to be peace. When one is peace, you are sovereign and you are free of the bondages and chains of control, for nothing can sway you as you now the truth of your being and there is “right” relationship within as ego has once again become the servant of your soul, I AM Presence as was originally intended. In being peace one vibrates that into the world through your energy field and ALL is affected.
Know Beloved ones, when you are FOR peace you are not it. The only way to peace is Being it. If you are for peace you can still come from ego, mind fear and anger. Then you are not being that which is wanted. So Earthangels claim the peace you are. Choose it. Let go of all old habits. It is easy. Choice. Choice. Choice.
We love you dearly. Call upon us, The Cassiel, to support you in this transisition of leadership within your beingness of ego resigning from the presidential seat and surrendering to soul leading from the presidential seat in the heart. Soul leading the way, being peace. True being. Being peace, you are so anchored in truth and deepest knowing of what you are, that no harm can ever come to you. Delight, enjoy the bliss of peace you are, now and always. We are complete.

Happy Heart
Hello Beloved one
“You will always live happy if you live with heart.”
To live with heart is freedom from judgement.
To live with heart is to be free to BE the SOUL BEING of LOVE you are.
Living with heart there is only the joy of the now.
There are no questions, only Being. It is void of duality consciousness. One cannot be in judgement and happy at the same time. The sooner we learn that the world outside of us cannot ever make us happy, the easier our life experience will be. Happiness is not a goal to attain some day in the future. Happiness can only be experienced in the present moment. So if we are happy, there is only peace in this moment as we are fully present in our heart space from where truth resides.
If we are not happy it is because we are in our mind and ego is playing in judgement playground. So the question is, are we truly ready to claim living with happy heart all the time? We can you know. That would be a whole new concept for many. What is stopping you from choosing that?
Would you allow yourself to be free of all conflict, suffering, self doubt and judgment? All these are construct of the limited mind. What do you choose? If yes let go of all outside preoccupations and worries and become aware of your yourself in the present moment. All will become still.
Do we have the courage to release the need to know, to control, be right and claim the present happy heart moment as our natural state of consciousness right now?
Living with heart is living happy heaven on earth now. It is living aligned with your soul heart, that has absolutely no opinion on any experience. Our soul is only here to have experiences and is happy with all experiences. All provide soul growth and spiritual mastery that we have come here to master.
All the ways and reasons why, I have closed my heart and choose not to feel happy I forgive myself in all dimensions of time and space and let it all go now.
I claim living with my soul heart in this moment.
I choose being the consciousness of presence happy heart now. Living with happy heart is for me, because happy heart is life and being alive and I love living life fully, holy and wholly now.
Living with heart I experience happy Heaven on earth now.
Living with heart I feel God’s / Divine Intelligence presence fill me overflowing.
Living with heart every cell in my body and field is alive with I AM Presence I AM
Take a deep breath in and out allow yourself to feel your cells jumping happily in your heart with infinite joy. Look at the flowers in the picture above and feel the love they vibrate from their heart to yours. Allow yourself to be present with their presence in this moment.

Hello beautiful soul
May today be the day we embrace a way of life that operate from the consciousness that “Let things come to you” as it said on my yogi tea this morning.
Many grew up in the tradition of do have be lifestyle. Got to do more, to have what we want or just survive and then we will be good enough and happy. That is the old model of living in the world and it is not working well anymore as our consciousness is changing individually and collectively.
If one want’s to be in the flow of life we manifest best from the current paradigm of Be, Do, Have. In other words, spending more time meditating developing our Spiritual connection to the Divine aligning ourselves with the vibration of peace, love and joy free from fears which is the true space from which we co create everything with ease and grace. It is stepping into complete trust at all times.

I have noticed the more I relax, envision trust and allow the easier it is for experiences to come to me at just the perfect divine time.

The joyous, silly, happy, authentic, funny, innocent, courageous, fearless, laughing, creative, innovative, conscious, constant, compassionate, independent, strong, eternal, ballsy, free, present you that perhaps has taken a backseat over the years.
Let go of all the weight of judgement that you have allowed to settle upon your shoulders and in your energy field. Envision, see, sense, feel all the negative commentary lifted from you as your would take off a set of clothes. Place it in a trash bin and turn on the dematerialization button.

December 1st Light
Hello Beautiful Soul.
December 1st, this beautiful season of light is here. I may be sharing a message from the Divine Beings of Light, Angels or Ascended Masters or a prayer of the day more often this month. So here is the first one. Enjoy.
Growing up December 1st heralded the countdown to Christmas with advent calender candle lit each day burning only to the next date on the candle. It is still a sacred tradition for me signaling the light we are igniting all over the world as the days grow shorter and the nights longer. This year I feel today is not the beginning of a countdown to an end result, but an invitation to birth something incredibly amazingly new expanded part of our consciousness, where each day we can grow more into the Human BEING we are sacred, expanded connected to the light we are in our unified I AM Presence.

A Sacred Practice is to light a candle or look at the flame in this picture.
Bring your gaze to the flame in front of you.
As you bring yourself present with the flame, breathe in the life of the flame into your heart.
As you feel the light of life expand in your heart exhale the light throughout your entire body. Breathe in the light of love let it fill you to over flowing.
Continue to breathe in the flame of love into your being and allow yourself to receive all the love the Divine has for you and this beautiful flame is gifting you.
After awhile feel yourself becoming one with the flame perhaps you will notice there is candle and you separately, you are one.
As you breathe in this light, feel the love light igniting your cells with life force energy and all parts of you that were void of life being rejuvenated and whole.
Feel the peace of the oneness with the flame of of love light.
